Coming from Bucharest Aurel Vlaicu Baneasa International Airport or from Bucharest Henri Coanda Otopeni International Airport head to City Center, continue on highway Bucharest-Ploiesti and follow Soseaua Kiseleff onto Piata Victoriei. At the roundabout head to Place Arch of Triumph, continue on Calea Victoriei and then on Bulevard Regina Elisabeta. Turn right onto Bulevard Schitu Magureanu and slightly left on Strada Grigore Cobalcescu.
 
From South
Coming from Giurgiu, head on Soseaua Giurgiului, enter the Soseaua de Centura, continue on Soseaua Oltenitei and then on Calea Serban Voda. Turn left on Bulevard Dimitrie Cantemir, enter on Bulevard Ion C. Bratianu and at the roundabout head on Bulevard Regina Elisabeta. Turn right on Schitu Magureanu and then slightly left on Strada Grigore Cobalcescu.
 
From East
Coming from Constanta, go through Cernavoda and head the highway to Fetesti. Go through Lehliu-Gara and you enter on Bucharest by Soseaua Catelu. Head on Bulevard Theodor Pallady, continue on Bulevard Camil Ressu and then on Bulevard Unirii. Continue on Splaiul Independentei, then turn right on Bulevard Schitu Magureanu and slightly left on Strada Grigore Cobalcescu.
 
From West
Coming from Pitesti, head on highway Bucharest-Pitesti to arrive in Bucharest. Enter by Bulevard Iuliu Maniu, continue on Soseaua Cotroceni and then on Strada Stirbei Voda. Sign Strada Grigore Cobalcescu.
